Hall capacity : Maximum 250 pax only
Morning Session (8am - 5pm)
Evening Session (9am - 12am)
Terms of payment:
a) 50% deposit to secure booking
(Note : A booking is confirmed only upon payment of the deposit)
b) Balance rental together with a refundable security deposit of RM4,400.00 to be settled two (2) weeks before the event.
Note :
(a) Only one (1) reception is allowed on the event day.
(b) Car park is a shared facility with the Pineyard café at the venue.
(c) This quote is valid for three (3) months.
(d) Please make an appointment to view the hall. No walk-in is entertaining.

Rental is for the venue space only.
Tables/chairs, catering, decoration and sound system are NOT INCLUDED. We do not provide the services but can recommend the vendors.
